* CANEY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION OBJECTIVE *
In addition to providing scholarships for graduating seniors, we want to grow our General Fund through payment of dues and other donations.
Growth of the General Fund will enable the Alumni Association to give back to the district each year to ease the financial strain from funding cuts. We want to ensure that USD#436 remains a great place for students to prepare for their future
college & career success.

Because of generous donations made by Caney Alumni, the Alumni Committee was able to pay for a new sound system in the high school auditorium. This system will be used on a weekly basis for meetings and classes, Music Department concerts, both fall and spring, the Playmaker's productions, Scholarship Assembly, Baccalaureate Service and many professional development sessions throughout the school year.
This will be a multi-year donation. The sooner we get more donations, the quicker we can made another meaningful and much-needed donation to USD #436.
